YOUROPE will be implemented in 8 different EU countries, involving small or medium-size cities and civil society organizations very active in their own territories. The project will organize 8 thematic international project events in the 8 different countries. The 8 events will be arranged in the home towns of the project partners: Altea (Spain), Noto (Italy), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Athienou (Cyprus), Brussels (Belgium), Sofia (Bulgaria), Agia (Greece), and Warsaw (Poland).

The thematic events will be organized on different dates (one every 2-3 months) in order to create a homogeneous work programme. They will mainly coincide with local cultural events or programmes in order to maximize the impact, the involvement of the participants and the effectiveness of the dissemination activities.

Most of the activities are accomplished in the buildings of the partner entities, but in some case the activities will be organized outdoors or in locations able to guarantee the proper development of the specific action (conference’s halls, auditoriums, parks, squares, etc.).

On the other hand, each project partner will implement local activities related to the project implementation, for example, local and regional dissemination or specific local workshops to involve local volunteers to participate in the project activities.

Finally, YOUROPE will have some online activities as “hang-out”/”Skype” coordination calls, dissemination activities through social media or youtube or a continuous active communication and cooperation between partners through mailing and other communication tools.
